Application

 

Application fields of the CFRT Laminates
1. Automotive field:
Used for inner and outer panels of refrigerated vehicles, logistics transport vehicle panels, and honeycomb panel skins.
After multi-layer compounding and heating, they are pressed and formed by molds and pressed into automotive front-end modules, automotive interior parts, etc.
2. Sports equipment:
The surface of scooters is enhanced, and paddles, sleds, etc. have been used in batches.
3. Labor insurance products:
Through the molding process, after heating, they can be molded into safety shoe toes, safety helmets, and soles of high-end sports shoes and casual shoes.
4. Flame-retardant panels:
used for molded products such as high-speed rail guards, auto parts, building formwork, home furnishing, etc.,

Product Description

The CFRT laminates, which is a solid board formed by Orthogonal layering of continuous fiber-reinforced polypropylene unidirectional tape.

CFRT composite multi-layer boards are laminated by the XY method and hot-melt composite molding process, which can produce boards between 0.6mm and 6mm and can be directly formed without adding auxiliary materials such as glue.

    According to customers' requirements, can be laminated with a bonding layer, anti-UV protective film, decorative layer, etc. on both sides of the board.

Product advantages:
High-strength, low-density, environmentally friendly, recyclable, high impact strength, strong surface design, can replace glass steel plate application.

Application fields:
Replace FRP panels for refrigerated trucks, containers, RVs, cold storage, and other scenarios;

The product has high strength, corrosion resistance, and no water absorption. It can replace steel in some construction applications. It has a light-specific gravity and a density of about 1.5, which is only one-fifth of steel. 5mm thick CFRT can be used in construction as a perfect replacement for aluminum formwork planes, and it is easy to remove the mold without applying a release agent.

Could be used for van panels skin, container liner boards, car interior and exterior trim, construction framework, freight train roof, safety toe, sports equipment, etc.
